In universities, schools and offices there's always food — but usually pre-made, wrapped, and produced somewhere else hours earlier. You grab it and go. Nothing is baked in front of you. We opened Forno Mood to change that: a real oven inside the community itself, soft dough prepared fresh, fresh meat, and every piece baked when you order it. Manakeesh in the morning to start your day, sandwiches at lunch to break the routine. Food made in the moment, because fresh is something you can see as well as taste.
