Request account deletion
You can delete your Forno Mood account from this page without installing the app. Use the same mobile number the account was created with. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email, gender and date of birth — immediately.
- Loyalty stamps, card number and free-item vouchers — immediately.
- Saved card tokens (Geidea) tied to your account — immediately.
- Marketing preference and login codes — immediately.
What is kept, and for how long
- Past orders and invoice amounts are kept as anonymous records for the period Saudi tax rules require, with no name or phone attached.
- Once your account is deleted those orders cannot be linked back to you.
- If you only use this form, we also keep this request long enough to complete it (up to 30 days), then it follows the same destruction rules.
If you have the app, you can also delete the account yourself: Profile → Delete my account. The result is the same.
